Job Summary

Leading the Mortgage Verifications Team, the full-time Engineering Manager will drive technical vision, partner with product management to build and enhance features, and optimize engineering processes while working in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Drive technical vision and motivate the team for future projects
• Collaborate with product management to develop new features and improve existing ones
• Reduce technical debt and scale architecture sustainably

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as an engineering manager
• 8+ years of engineering experience
• Experience with TDD, pair programming, and agile methodologies
• Strong understanding of service architecture and system design
• Ability to make high-level prioritization decisions quickly and thoughtfully
