Key Responsibilities

• Lead and grow a high-performing Multimodal ML team, focusing on hiring and developing engineers
• Manage competing workstreams across model development, production reliability, and moderation
• Oversee the full ML lifecycle for multimodal systems, ensuring scalable and reliable production systems

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of engineering management experience leading Machine Learning teams
• 7+ years of industry experience in Machine Learning, particularly in computer vision or multimodal modeling
• Proven ability to manage competing workstreams and balance innovation with production reliability
• Strong technical foundation in Python and modern ML workflows
• Experience owning production ML systems end-to-end, including deployment and monitoring
