Job Summary

A company is looking for an Engineering Manager for the Music Mission.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the team to enhance Native Ads product performance through experimentation with ML models
• Manage a team of engineers to develop and maintain business-critical models for Music Promotion
• Collaborate with multi-functional teams to build new product features that advance the mission

Required Qualifications

• Strong background in statistics/ML/AI technologies and their application to consumer products
• Experience in deploying and monitoring models in production
• Ability to balance developing engineers and achieving significant business impact
• Interest in emerging agent technologies and generative recommender systems
• Knowledge of Ads systems is a plus
