Job Summary

A company is looking for an Engineering Manager for Native Apps (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Build, lead, and mentor teams of software engineers while ensuring project execution and customer satisfaction
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions, ensuring product robustness and adherence to engineering standards
• Collaborate with product managers and other engineering teams to influence systems and roadmaps

Required Qualifications

• Prior management experience with a passion for building high-performing teams
• Extensive experience in building and launching native mobile applications for Android and iOS
• Proficiency in mobile development languages such as Kotlin/Java (Android) and Swift/Objective-C (iOS)
• Knowledge of the AI ecosystem and experience integrating AI tools into enterprise products is a plus
• Goal-oriented with a proven track record of leading teams and engineers
