Key Responsibilities

• Lead the team that architects and designs notifications relevance systems
• Guide the team on adaptive systems for budgeting optimization, candidate retrieval, and ranking
• Collaborate with ML engineers to design and optimize machine-learning models for user engagement

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience building and managing engineering teams
• 5+ years of experience as a Machine Learning Engineer or Software Engineer with large-scale systems
• Deep understanding of large-scale recommender systems in production
• Hands-on experience with deep learning models and real-time systems
• Familiarity with distributed training and inference tools
