Engineering Manager, O&M

Job Summary

Leading engineering teams in a remote capacity, the full-time Engineering Manager, O&M will oversee the operation and maintenance of a large federal enterprise cloud platform, ensuring stability, security, and performance while managing team development and delivery accountability.

Key responsibilities:

• Leading and managing engineering teams across operations and maintenance disciplines
• Owning delivery accountability for platform stability, security, and performance
• Coordinating with program and government leadership on planning, priorities, and reporting

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of relevant experience; equivalent experience may substitute for education
• Demonstrated experience leading and managing technical engineering teams
• Experience with cloud infrastructure operations and maintenance at scale
• Experience managing delivery in an Agile or SAFe environment
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Public Trust/suitability determination
