Engineering Manager, Online Storage

Job Summary

Leading the Online Storage team, the full-time Engineering Manager will manage team growth, drive scalability programs, and ensure the reliability of core storage systems in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Online Storage team, focusing on coaching, performance, and hiring
• Drive the multi-cell scalability program in collaboration with Core Infra
• Own the reliability and disaster recovery for all core storage systems to meet defined RPO/RTO targets

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of software engineering experience
• 2+ years of experience managing teams of 6 or more engineers
• Hands-on experience with production data infrastructure at scale, including relational databases and caching
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or a related technical field
