Key Responsibilities

• Lead and scale the Payments & Trust engineering team, fostering a high-performance culture
• Own the design and implementation of global payment systems and fraud detection platforms
• Drive the roadmap and technical vision for high-volume, low-latency payment processing systems

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering experience with 3+ years in an engineering management role
• Direct experience in building or managing payment systems or fraud detection systems at scale
• Strong technical depth in backend engineering and cloud infrastructure
• Deep understanding of payment gateways, PSP integrations, and compliance considerations
• Experience with fraud prevention tools and methodologies
