A company is looking for an Engineering Manager for the Payments Platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Backend Software Engineers to manage payment processing infrastructure
• Oversee integrations with Stripe and Adyen, ensuring PCI compliance and payment flow design
• Facilitate team development through personalized growth plans and effective engineering ceremonies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required
• 8+ years of professional experience in the software industry, including at least 1 year in a management role
• Professional experience with Go or Python preferred
• Deep hands-on experience with Stripe and Adyen payment platforms
• Understanding of PCI compliance and financial reconciliation processes
