Job Summary

A company is looking for an Engineering Manager, Platform - U.S. (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Determine project requirements, develop work schedules, and delegate tasks to meet project goals
• Lead and manage a team of engineers, ensuring high standards in product delivery and facilitating cross-team communication
• Prepare progress reports and presentations for relevant stakeholders while identifying risks and developing contingency plans

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of software engineering experience, with 3+ years in a leadership or management role
• Experience in SaaS environments and familiarity with cloud-based technologies and architectures
• Technical background in software development with hands-on experience in building SaaS products
• Hands-on experience with Kotlin, Java, C#, and Python in an enterprise environment
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously
