Job Summary

A company is looking for an Engineering Manager - Platform to lead their Platform (Core Services) team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of platform engineers to build and maintain core services and libraries
• Define team charter and establish ownership boundaries for shared libraries and services
• Drive the mission of providing reliable and scalable services to support product development

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in backend platform infrastructure or shared services
• 3+ years of experience managing a high-performing engineering team
• Proven track record of mentoring senior-level engineers in technical domains
• High familiarity with AWS (IAM, VPC, EKS) for scalability and security
• Experience maintaining shared tooling and services with a focus on reliability
