Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:

Lead a diverse team of backend engineers to build and operate mission-critical platform services
Drive technical decisions, prioritize work, and provide mentorship to team members
Shape roadmap and strategy for the Customer Identity Cloud Platform

Required Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in a formal people management role
Experience with remote and geographically dispersed teams
Background in developing cloud-native distributed systems using modern technologies
Experience in the identity and access management (IAM) business domains
Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field
