• Own frontend and developer tooling architecture across the platform
• Lead product-centered engineering by translating user workflows into product capabilities
• Manage and grow the engineering team, establishing execution practices that balance speed and quality

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years in software engineering; 3+ years leading teams
• Experience working directly with customers to shape product direction
• Deep expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript ecosystems (React, Node.js)
• Experience with back-end services in Python or Go
• Practical experience integrating AI into products
