Engineering Manager, Product Insights
Job Summary
Leading a newly established Product Insights team, the full-time Engineering Manager will oversee the integration and operation of partner products and analytic flows, ensuring the delivery of high-quality insight products to customers, and will work in a remote environment with occasional collaboration in Seattle, WA or Herndon, VA offices.
Key responsibilities:
- Build and retain a high-performing engineering team focused on product hosting and partner integration
- Set the technical strategy and roadmap for the Product Insights team to support a diverse portfolio of products
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and accelerate product readiness
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
- Minimum of eight years of professional experience in software engineering, including complex distributed systems
- At least two years of experience leading engineering teams with formal leadership responsibilities
- Demonstrated experience designing and building scalable production software solutions
- Hands-on experience with cloud services such as AWS EKS, S3, and EC2
