Job Summary

A company is looking for an Engineering Manager, Product Security.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead technical execution hands-on and contribute to the codebase
• Ship the security roadmap by delivering DLP policy management and real-time SIEM integrations
• Build a team with clear ownership and establish metrics for success in the Enterprise Security product area

Required Qualifications

• Enterprise security product experience, specifically with DLP, SIEM integrations, and audit logging
• Deep technical expertise with 5+ years of experience shipping production code, preferably in Node.js/TypeScript and React
• Engineering leadership experience with 2+ years managing a team of at least 3 engineers
• Outcome-oriented with a willingness to integrate AI tools into the development lifecycle
• Remote-first fluency and ability to communicate asynchronously
