Engineering Manager, Public Sector

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Engineering Manager, FDE + PubSec.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, grow, and retain a team of Forward Deployed Engineers for enterprise and public sector customers
• Set technical quality standards and enhance customer engagement across the FDE practice
• Provide technical guidance on integrations and manage delivery execution for customer engagements

Required Qualifications

• 3-6+ years of engineering management experience, preferably with a customer-facing engineering team
• Strong software engineering background with the ability to engage on architecture
• Experience in the Public Sector, Defense, or Federal markets, with familiarity in compliance requirements
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent customer engagements with competing priorities
• Ability to obtain a US security clearance (or active clearance) is preferred
