Job Summary

A company is looking for an Engineering Manager, Reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of reporting and analytics engineers while driving engineering excellence and technical strategy
• Architect and deliver scalable reporting and analytics solutions, ensuring high standards for reliability and performance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical execution plans and analytics roadmaps

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in data engineering, analytics engineering, software engineering, or reporting platform development
• 2+ years in a technical leadership or engineering management role
• Hands-on expertise with Azure Data Explorer (ADX), SQL Server (T-SQL), Azure infrastructure services, C#, and VueJS
• Strong background in data analytics best practices, including dimensional modeling and semantic modeling for reporting
• Experience building or maintaining customer-facing or embedded reporting solutions
