Engineering Manager - RV & Camping

Job Summary

Leading a team of approximately 10 engineers, the full-time Engineering Manager - RV & Camping will oversee the development of cloud-native SaaS applications for the RV and camping industry, ensuring high performance and scalability while working in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute an engineering strategy aligned with product goals for the RV & Camping platform
• Lead and mentor a high-performing engineering team, providing feedback and career development
• Oversee the design, development, and modernization of cloud-native applications, ensuring stability and security

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• 7+ years of software engineering experience, including team management
• Proven experience delivering SaaS products at scale in fast-paced environments
• Hands-on experience with PHP, React, and transitioning from legacy systems to cloud-native architectures
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools and Agile/Lean methodologies
