Engineering Manager, Search Discovery

Job Summary

Leading a senior team of engineers, the full-time remote Engineering Manager, Search Discovery will oversee the development of dashboards, notebooks, and analytical tools while partnering closely with Product to execute the vision and drive performance improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow a team focused on building analytical capabilities and user-facing products
• Collaborate with Product to translate vision into actionable plans and communicate effectively with the team
• Drive delivery rhythm and ensure architectural decisions balance speed, quality, and scalability

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of engineering experience, including 3+ years in a management role focused on user-facing product development
• Experience in search, observability, analytics, or data visualization platforms
• Proven ability to lead senior engineers with high autonomy
• Strong skills in partnership with Product Management, including roadmap co-creation
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities
