Job Summary
Leading two dynamic teams, the full-time remote Engineering Manager, Secure Build will oversee the delivery, health, and growth of Secure Build and SCS Services, focusing on trusted build outcomes and secure software supply-chain capabilities.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and manage the performance, delivery, and operational excellence of the Secure Build and SCS Services teams
- Develop a coherent portfolio plan that aligns with product strategy and ensures balanced attention across both teams
- Engage in technical discussions, design reviews, and incident responses while fostering engineer growth and performance
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- 5+ years of experience managing high-performing engineering teams across multiple technical domains
- 8+ years of hands-on software engineering experience in backend, infrastructure, or developer tooling
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize across competing roadmaps and operational commitments
- Strong understanding of CI or build-system internals, containers, and software supply-chain security
