Job Summary
A company is looking for an Engineering Manager - Security & SRE.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor security engineers and SREs, develop strategies for security and reliability, set performance metrics
- Oversee security measures, ensure compliance, conduct assessments, and develop security policies
- Manage service reliability, implement monitoring processes, optimize system performance, and drive operational improvements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 7+ years of experience in security engineering and/or SRE, with 3+ years in a leadership role
- Strong understanding of security principles and technologies, reliability engineering practices, scripting and automation tools, cloud platforms, and container orchestration systems
