Engineering Manager - Sensor Development

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Engineering Manager - Sensor Development.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, manage, and mentor a team of Rust Software Development Engineers focused on Sensor and protocol dissection development
• Own delivery of Sensor features and protocol support end-to-end, ensuring engineering excellence and on-time execution
• Establish and maintain standards for documentation, test harnesses, and coding conventions across the team

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in software engineering with significant systems-level development, including 2 years in an engineering leadership role
• Demonstrated success in building and mentoring high-performing engineering teams
• Deep understanding of network protocols and experience with OT/ICS protocols is highly valued
• Strong understanding of software engineering practices, including CI/CD pipelines and automated testing strategies
• Experience in OT/ICS environments and familiarity with industrial monitoring or cybersecurity is highly valued
