• Collaborate with product and engineering leadership to define the team's growth roadmap and responsibilities

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of hands-on technical management experience as an engineering manager
• Demonstrated track record of growing engineers to the next level
• Experience coordinating large initiatives with other internal teams
• Technical expertise in scaling, observability, and resiliency discussions with engineers
• Experience managing a distributed team or working remotely
