Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years in engineering management
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
• Ability to make informed decisions in a diverse stakeholder environment
• Experience working with analytics or data engineering teams is a plus
• Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders
