Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coach software and data engineers to build a collaborative, high-performing engineering team
• Champion engineering excellence by promoting best practices, coding standards, and architectural principles
• Plan and allocate resources within engineering teams to optimize productivity and delivery

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years of engineering management experience
• A bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field; master's degree preferred
• Ability to make strong decisions in an enterprise environment with diverse stakeholders
• Experience working with analytics or data engineering teams is a plus
• Demonstrated experience managing onshore/offshore contractors and vendors
