Engineering Manager, Storage SRE

Job Summary

Engineering Manager, Storage SRE, is a full-time, salaried position responsible for leading a team to enhance operational models for database technologies, mentor engineers, and ensure the reliability and performance of mission-critical data services.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the technical roadmap for Storage SRE, guiding the team in operational model enhancements
• Lead and develop a high-performing engineering team through mentorship and feedback
• Establish operational excellence standards and improve the developer experience with high-traffic storage systems

Required Qualifications

• 9+ years of experience in database infrastructure, storage systems, or site reliability engineering
• 3+ years of engineering management experience leading SRE, infrastructure, or platform teams
• Proven track record of building and maintaining high-performing teams
• Strong technical foundation in distributed systems and cloud infrastructure
• Solid understanding of production database operations and technology transitions
