Engineering Manager - Subscription Growth

Job Summary

Leading a cross-functional team of backend and iOS engineers, the full-time remote Engineering Manager - Subscription Growth will drive significant growth on the payments platform by collaborating closely with Product and Design while ensuring a healthy backlog and fostering team development.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Product and Design to explore growth solutions across mobile and web apps using qualitative and quantitative tools
• Ensure strong technical decision-making and successful implementation of new growth and monetization strategies
• Coach and develop the engineering team while maintaining a focus on team health and collaboration

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of experience leading engineering teams in partnership with Product and Design
• Strong analytical skills with experience in A/B testing and data attribution challenges
• Experience building third-party integrations that process high-volume data, preferably in a subscription context
• Proven track record in consumer-facing development for native apps using agile methodologies
• Demonstrated ability to develop high-trust engineering teams through mentorship and coaching
