Job Summary

A company is looking for an Engineering Manager focused on Supply Chain.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee technical delivery operations for Supply Chain systems and ensure timely completion of team tasks
• Define and maintain the technical roadmap while prioritizing technical debt in alignment with business needs
• Communicate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders to build trusted relationships and facilitate collaboration

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience managing development initiatives from inception to deployment
• Experience delivering Supply Chain initiatives as part of or leading a technical team
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
• Well-versed in Supply Chain systems and technologies
• Experience in developing and retaining a highly talented team
