Job Summary
Leading a diverse team of mobile and backend engineers, the full-time remote Engineering Manager, Supply Operations will oversee the development of critical tools for managing Lime's global fleet, partnering with cross-functional teams to define strategy and deliver reliable products.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of engineers, fostering senior technical leadership and ownership of complex problems
- Collaborate with Product, Design, Operations, and Engineering to shape strategy and execute the roadmap
- Ensure end-to-end delivery of initiatives across mobile, backend, and web systems, driving engineering quality and operational excellence
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of professional software engineering experience with a focus on technical leadership and people management
- Proven experience managing and developing senior engineering teams
- Strong technical background in mobile, backend, or full-stack product engineering
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex products or projects across multiple technical areas
- Experience in recruiting, coaching, and managing technical teams, including performance management
