Engineering Manager, System Design

Job Summary

Leading a high-performance engineering team, the full-time Engineering Manager, System Design will oversee power system studies and project coordination for STATCOM and FACTS projects in Noida, with remote working flexibility, while ensuring successful engineering delivery and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and execute detailed power system studies, including insulation coordination and harmonic analysis
• Develop and validate simulation models for STATCOM and SVC, preparing technical reports and presentations
• Build, mentor, and manage an engineering team, driving quality and on-time deliverables across multiple projects

Required qualifications

• 14-18 years of relevant experience in power system studies, with at least 5 years in STATCOM/FACTS projects
• BTech/MTech/PhD in Electrical Engineering, preferably in Power Systems
• Experience in utility scale grid integration and EHV substations
• Strong people leadership skills and experience in engineering process development
• Fluent written and oral skills in English
