Engineering Manager Tokenization

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Engineering Manager, Tokenization to lead the development of asset tokenization and RWA infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team to deliver tokenization products and features aligned with business goals
• Collaborate with product and program managers to ensure understanding of the tokenization roadmap
• Oversee technical planning and manage processes to enhance team performance and project success

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of software engineering experience with a focus on robust APIs and SDKs
• 5+ years of engineering management experience with a proven track record in blockchain or financial products
• BS or MS degree in Computer Science or Engineering, or equivalent experience
• Expertise in Golang and familiarity with TypeScript and React
• Deep understanding of tokenization, blockchain, and related regulatory requirements
