Engineering Manager, Tokenization

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Engineering Manager, Tokenization to lead the development of asset tokenization and RWA infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of engineers and product managers to deliver tokenization products and features
• Collaborate with product and program managers to ensure the tokenization roadmap is well understood and executed
• Recruit, coach, and develop engineers specializing in smart contracts and distributed ledger technology

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of hands-on software engineering experience with a focus on APIs and SDKs for B2B integration
• 5+ years of engineering management experience, including managing staff and principal-level engineers
• BS or MS degree in Computer Science or Engineering or equivalent work experience
• Proven track record of managing teams delivering complex blockchain or financial products
• Expertise in Golang and familiarity with TypeScript and React for frontend services
