Engineering Manager, User Compliance

Job Summary

Leading the User Compliance team, the full-time Engineering Manager will drive the vision for a seamless Risk & Compliance experience, manage the technical roadmap, and develop engineering talent while working remotely in the United States.

Key responsibilities

• Create and implement a vision for a consistent Risk & Compliance experience across the company
• Collaborate with Product Managers to shape the product roadmap and enhance user compliance experiences
• Manage the technical roadmap and support the engineering team in achieving high technical excellence

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience with a minimum of 10 years in software development
• 8-10 years of overall experience with at least 3 years in a leadership role with people management responsibilities
• Experience in building diverse teams to tackle complex technical challenges
• Proven ability to thrive in collaborative environments with various stakeholders
• Experience in risk and compliance domains is a plus
