Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Staff Engineering Manager - Vehicle Access.

Key Responsibilities

• Hire, lead, mentor, and inspire a team of engineers specializing in Bluetooth Low Energy, Ultrawide Band, and NFC technologies
• Define and drive the technical roadmap for Vehicle Access features and ensure alignment with product strategy
• Oversee the software development lifecycle and ensure timely delivery of high-quality software solutions

Required Qualifications

• Extensive experience in software engineering and team management
• Strong background in Bluetooth Low Energy, Ultrawide Band, and NFC technologies
• Experience with software development lifecycle management
• Familiarity with engineering best practices such as code reviews and CI/CD
• Knowledge of multimedia frameworks and automotive infotainment systems
