Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the long-term vision and strategy for the North American Mobility Experience
• Serve as a hands-on technical leader, owning the systems designs for the UI platform
• Hire, lead, and manage high-performance software engineers while promoting a culture of innovation and collaboration

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering
• 6+ years of software engineering experience, including 2+ years in an engineering management role
• Strong hands-on experience with modern web applications using frameworks like Angular or React
• Proven experience in establishing testing strategies for UI systems and improving CI/CD pipelines
• Strong people leadership skills, including hiring, coaching, and performance management
