Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of the internal bugs/issues board
• Perform QA testing on newly released features and develop comprehensive test plans
• Become a functional expert in the software platform and document testing procedures and resolutions

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in QA, testing, or technical project coordination
• Foundational understanding or prior experience in software development or engineering
• Experience with QA automation frameworks such as Selenium or Cypress
• Ability to coordinate with cross-functional technical teams
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
