A company is looking for a Director of Engineering Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Directing, developing, communicating, and implementing the company's direction and strategic goals
• Developing strategies to optimize business development and marketing efforts
• Monitoring and supporting the pursuit of viable opportunities and optimizing resource utilization

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related technical field
• At least 15 years of related experience
• Active Secret clearance, with the ability to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI clearance
• Master's degree in engineering or business (MBA) is preferred
• Active Top Secret with SCI eligibility is preferred
