Engineering Operations Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Engineering Operations & Release Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and improve the release and change management process to ensure predictable and auditable releases
• Maintain the release calendar and coordinate with Product and Engineering Managers on priorities and commitments
• Track and report on release and delivery metrics to drive continuous improvement in engineering operations

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years in Engineering Operations, Release Management, DevOps, SRE, or a related operational role
• Proven experience coordinating releases across multiple teams or services
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tooling and managing build and deployment workflows
• Solid understanding of SDLC, environments, and structured change management
• Working knowledge of cloud-native architectures and their impact on deployment risk
