Engineering Operations Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Strategy & Business Operations Lead (Engineering).

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a force multiplier to the Executive Vice President of Engineering and other leaders, translating priorities into technical roadmaps
• Improve engineering prioritization, planning, and delivery across multiple initiatives
• Build and scale operating systems to enhance visibility into performance and technical execution

Required Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience in a technical environment (startup or high-growth tech company)
• Strong technical fluency to interface with engineers and understand architectural tradeoffs
• Demonstrated experience working directly with engineering teams
• Degree in engineering, physics, computer science, or another technical field
• Exposure to US government or defense environments is preferred
