Engineering Operations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Engineering Operations Manager to join their engineering and product teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Partnering with senior engineering product leaders to identify pain points and prioritize improvements
• Designing and implementing scalable operating systems for planning and reviews
• Improving interfaces between engineering and product teams and ensuring clear documentation of knowledge and best practices

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in engineering operations, product operations, or similar roles
• Demonstrated experience in improving cross-functional workflows and organizational systems
• Experience working directly with senior leadership to diagnose problems and implement change
• Proven ability to operate independently in fast-moving environments
• Experience with engineering, hardware, or regulated industries is a plus
