Engineering Operations Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Engineering Ops Program Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end management of cross-business initiatives, including defining objectives and stakeholder management
• Lead complex Engineering Program Reviews and establish governance for Portfolio Management
• Orchestrate Annual Fiscal Year Planning, Long Range Planning, and Semester Planning

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience as an Engineering or Business Program Manager
• Functional knowledge of financial management of project resources and processes
• Ability to work effectively with Engineering and Product teams
• Experience managing projects with remote or geographically dispersed teams
• BS/BA Degree required; MBA preferred
