Engineering Operations Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Engineering Operations Technical Specialist, Safety Dense Risk & Insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with Engineering to design and deploy AI and ML models for issue detection and quality assurance
• Proactively identify emerging issue trends and develop data-driven strategies for monitoring
• Serve as a subject matter expert and define new policies and guidelines integrating AI tools into workflows

Required Qualifications

• BS/BA degree or 4 years of relevant work experience in AV Software Quality Operations
• Experience in the machine learning development lifecycle, including validation and deployment
• Experience with ML testing, dataset quality assurance, and performance evaluation
• Ability to learn new concepts quickly and a strong understanding of driving rules
• Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
