Job Summary

A company is looking for a VP of Engineering to scale its engineering organization while maintaining velocity, code quality, and culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Scale the engineering organization from 40 to 80+ people while ensuring operational efficiency and technical leadership
• Design an effective operating system for planning, sprint structure, and decision-making processes
• Build technical leadership and eliminate operational friction by addressing key bottlenecks

Required Qualifications

• Experience scaling an engineering organization up to 100 people
• Proven ability to build and execute operating systems for large organizations
• Deep hands-on technical expertise in architecture and distributed systems
• Track record of managing complex cross-functional programs successfully
• Experience with security or supply chain security is a plus
