Engineering Platform Developer

Job Summary

Building a reliable and scalable Experiment Platform, the full-time remote Engineering Platform Developer will design backend services, partner with research teams to create intuitive APIs, and drive the adoption of agent-native workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Design and build robust backend services primarily using Python and Go for the API Gateway and Experiment Platform
• Collaborate with researchers and infrastructure teams to translate research workflows into APIs and data models
• Integrate existing research infrastructure and develop dashboards to monitor adoption and usage metrics

Required qualifications

• Proven experience in building production APIs, distributed systems, or platform infrastructure
• Strong engineering fundamentals in backend architecture, API and database design
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and align stakeholders around a technical vision
• Nice to have: Understanding of ML research workflows, including experiments and training runs
