Engineering Product Manager

Job Summary

To support a growing music software company, the remote Engineering Product Manager will manage a mixed team of engineers to develop innovative audio production tools, ensuring effective communication between R&D and the broader business.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and lead a team of engineers in the development of new audio software products and features
• Facilitate communication between research and development and the wider business to align product design with user needs
• Oversee the delivery of commercially successful software tools for music producers and songwriters

Required qualifications

• Strong hands-on background in audio or music software development
• Proven track record of delivering commercially successful software tools in a lead role
• Experience with C++, JUCE, JavaScript, and Python
• Detailed understanding of audio processing
• Successful technical leadership and product management experience
