Job Summary

A company is looking for an Engineering Program Director for the East Region.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide formal supervision, training, and performance evaluations for staff
• Coordinate daily activities, establish work schedules, and manage project resources
• Oversee cross-functional projects, ensuring timely completion and resolution of issues

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 8-12 years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of experience and education
• Experience in staffing, training, coaching, and performance management
• Leadership skills to manage and achieve targets impacting multiple departments
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products
• Ability to work in the U.S. without the need for visa sponsorship
