Engineering Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Engineering Program Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and track KPIs, program scope, milestones, timelines, and success metrics
• Provide clear status reporting to senior leadership and stakeholders
• Act as the primary interface between engineering and construction to ensure proper handoffs

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Experience in OSP/ISP design, fiber network planning, or wireless infrastructure design
• Knowledge of network fundamentals (wired/wireless) and telecom design processes
• Proficiency in GIS software, specifically IQGEO
• Ability to develop detailed cost estimates based on rate cards or RFPs
• Experience with project management and coordination across teams
