Engineering Program Manager

Job Summary

Engineering Program Manager will work full-time in a remote capacity, collaborating with engineering and business stakeholders to design and manage solutions for contact center services, requiring deep knowledge of contact center operations and Cisco/Webex expertise.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineering and business stakeholders to define and design solutions
• Manage the release and establish the identity of solutions/services in the ecosystem
• Engage with caregivers and support the caregiver community

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 3 years of related contact center experience
• Deep knowledge of contact center projects, strategy, and architecture
• Expertise in Cisco/Webex preferred
• Experience in a healthcare environment is preferred
