Engineering Program Manager

Job Summary

Engineering Program Manager will work full-time in a remote capacity to define and design solutions for voice services, collaborating with engineering and business stakeholders while managing the release and supporting the caregiver community.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineering and business stakeholders to define and design voice service solutions
• Manage the release of solutions and establish their identity within the ecosystem
• Engage with caregivers and support the caregiver community throughout the solution lifecycle

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 3 years of related contact center experience
• Deep knowledge of contact center projects, strategy, and architecture
• Familiarity with Cisco/Webex technologies is strongly preferred
• Experience in a healthcare environment is preferred
