Engineering Program Manager

Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Engineering Program Manager will collaborate with engineering and business stakeholders to define and design solutions that enhance caregiver experiences and support the community while managing the release and establishing the identity of services within the ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineering and business stakeholders to define and design solutions that meet caregiver needs
• Manage the release of solutions and services, ensuring they align with organizational goals
• Engage with caregivers to gather feedback and support the community effectively

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field
• 3 or more years of relevant experience in engineering program management
• Experience in a healthcare environment is preferred
